AUSTIN (September 10, 2013) - RBN announces the sale of Town West Shopping Center located at 6700 Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. The 33,269-square-foot strip center is located along the highly trafficked Camp Bowie Boulevard with convenient access from both traffic directions, and was 93 percent leased at the time of sale. "This transaction is representative of the type of value-add properties investors are searching for in today's real estate market," said Jason Middlebrook, vice president of investment sales for the Austin/San Antonio office. The high-heeled and high-toned guests at May’s opening of the high-end showrooms at 150 Turtle Creek Boulevard are duly impressed. Visitors search out their host, the scion of a wealthy developer and collector, a former high-school football star, whose name appears on the blue-and-white “For Lease” signs next to seemingly every gallery opening they’ve attended lately. 9.4.13 - Developer buys vacant east Mesa bank, sees at least 5 potential uses
A former bank building at the southeastern corner of Broadway and Greenfield roads in Mesa is set to get a makeover after standing vacant for more than two years. Phoenix-based SRS Real Estate Partners in July sold the 5,000-square-foot, single-story building for about $460,000 to shopping-center developer Ted Kruger, according to SRS broker Sean Thomas. Kruger, owner of Nevada-based Bullseye Commercial Real Estate, has built more than 30 projects in California, Utah and Arizona. “Normally, I build from ground up — I’ve built small centers all the way through regional malls with department stores,” Kruger said...

MONROE ­— The former Monroe Ford dealership site on Route 17M in Monroe has been sold to Mike Hagopian, owner of Apple Auto and Loyal Auto and Towing, who will move his businesses into new 40,000-square-foot quarters in January. Hagopian has been operating his companies on other sites within Monroe and Harriman for more than 35 years. He will now consolidate all his operations on the 11.2-acre site which will be used as an auto repair and service, auto body, towing and rental business and include two impound lots.
